Your plant comes in its nursery pot, snug and healthy. If you’ve ordered a planter, it’ll either come fitted together or securely packed separately depending on its size.
You’ll get live updates on WhatsApp, text, and email, so you can track your green buddy from our greenhouse to your doorstep. 💚
Do I need to repot my plant upon arrival?
Nope, not right away! Let your plant relax and settle into its new space first. Moving homes can be stressful — even for plants. Give it about two weeks to adjust before repotting.
If it’s thriving in its nursery pot, you can keep it there happily for months. When you do repot, pick a pot with drainage holes and fresh, well-aerated soil — your plant will reward you with lush new growth. 🌱
What type of plant care support do you provide?
My plant arrived healthy but isn’t doing well. What should I do?
Totally normal! Plants sometimes need time to adjust to new surroundings. Keep it in a cozy, well-lit corner (no harsh sunlight), and hold off on watering too much.
If your plant still looks unhappy after a few days, send us photos on WhatsApp or email. Our Plantmools care team will guide you with personalized advice. And if it doesn’t recover within 30 days, we’ll replace it — part of our Plantmools Happiness Promise. 💚
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We pack every order with extra care, but if your plant arrives looking hurt or broken, don’t worry — just share a few unboxing photos with us within 30 days.
We’ll quickly send you a replacement — no long forms or complicated steps. A few bent leaves or spilled soil? That’s okay! Most plants perk up within days once they’re home. 🌼
