- We ship live plants with protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship plants across India (subject to courier service availability).
- Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable; in such cases, we will notify you.
Delivery Timeline
- Plants are usually delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery may take slightly longer during peak seasons, bad weather, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order value (if applicable).
Packaging & Care
- Each plant is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.
- Please open the package immediately upon delivery and water your plant as needed.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
- In rare cases of damage during transit, please share pictures with us at help.plantmools@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or resolution.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural circumstances beyond our control.
